"I have purchased a Peugeot Partner from John Harison (Lowdham).
I spoke to Iain Mantle originally on Thursday, I said I would see him to look at the car on Saturday.
On Saturday I rang to say I was on the way to see the car, I was informed he was off sick but I still arrived at the garage to see the car.
On arrival I was impressed to see that Iain had arrived at work to see me.
The whole experience of buying the car was without a problem and I felt I got a good price for my Berlingo.
Iain was very pleasant and even recommended a local farm shop as an attraction to visit (cost me more money).
I just wanted to post a compliment for a change especially as the Citroen dealers I contacted earlier were so bad"

...I simply drove immediatly to my only trusted Peugeot Garage - John Harrison of Lowdham.
My situation was explained to sympathetic and professional staff... we were kindly offered one of your courtesy cars.
In essence and eventual conclusion, your garage actually listens to what customers have to say, gives them the benefit of the doubt and knowing quite rightly, that, if a job is not done correctly, the chances are it will come back and bite you or more likely I feel, you appear to take great pride and a thorough approach to your work, employing both an auto-diagnostic reader and a spannerwhich seems a rarity these days.
In defence of your lesser Peugeot garage and further praise of your own, my problem with the car wasn't a simple one yet your patience and skill prevailed.
Please ensure that both your appreciation as a manager and mine are passed down the entire line of staff and the key players were, in no particular order; Claire, Rose, Richard and Justin (not to mention the switchboard operator whom now has my telephone numbers blocked on grounda of stalking)
